Booking Your Event
-
You have questions, I probably have answers! Let’s make sure we’re a good fit before we jump into all the details.
You can use the form below to submit a event inquiry.
Just let me know where you’re located, what kind of session you’re interested in, any other relevant details, and any specific questions you have for me.
All inquiries will be responded to within 72 hours.
If you need more information prior to booking, I offer consultations by request. This is a completely optional step. It’s also free and requires no obligation for booking. I can conduct these consultations via phone or email- whichever you prefer! -
Once you decide you’d like to book your session, we will need to pin down a time and date. After we solidify those details, I will send you a booking link through my booking platform.
You’ll get a confirmation of your session details, an online invoice, a client contract, and a questionnaire. The questionnaire helps me begin to prep your session details on my end. -
My resource center will have everything you need to plan your event.
If you have any questions, throughout the process, I am always available via email. -
Your event day is here! I aim to arrive to your venue a little early so I can get the lay of the land before we jump into action.
I come equipped with my standard gear, and backup gear I may need.
My goal is to be prepared and ease any stress of the day- I want your photos to be full of all the happy feelings, so it’s my mission to do my part to keep things running smoothly. -
You will get a sneak peak gallery 4-7 days after your event, and your final gallery up to two months after your event. All galleries are sent via email.
When I edit, I pull everything I can from the day. I guarantee a minimum of 50 images per hour, but most often my clients get a larger gallery.
The final gallery is my finished product- I will only ever send fully edited photos. From there you can download them, order prints, or print through a third-party print lab.
If you want to first dibs on upcoming minis, exclusive deals, and giveaways, don’t forget to sign up for the email list!

LOCATION FEE
Some locations might have a location fee ranging from $10.00-$300.00.
If your selected location requires an additional photography fee, it is not included in the price of my services.
I outline locations with fees in my guides, and I will do my best to communicate any fees with you before we finalize your details.
PRINTS
I offer prints for an additional price. I have a la carte options as well as print packages. My prints are ordered through a trusted, professional lab. However, printing is not a requirement when you book with me! You are welcome to use your print release to order from a third party lab of your choice. -
If you need to cancel your event more than three months of your event date, I will issue a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel your event within three months of your event date, your deposit is non-refundable, although any payments you’ve made to the remaining 60% of your package fee is eligible for a refund.
I try to be flexible with my clients in case of emergency. If something comes up, please let me know and I will work with you to the best of my ability. -
Yes! I am fully insured in case of accidents or mishaps during your event. If your venue requires proof of insurance, let me know!

I primarily favor lifestyle photography over traditional portraiture. This style focuses on natural, candid moments. I borrow elements from documentary-style photography when shooting events.
I rely on natural lighting for most of your wedding moments, but I do use on-camera flash for darker venues or evening hours.
-
I use professional editing tools to achieve my ever-evolving editing style. Over the years, I’ve carefully curated an aesthetic that is inspired by film photography.
I love incorporating slightly warmer tones to create a cozier feel to your images. I intentionally balance texture and softness to add layers of interest to your photos.
I routinely conduct some detailed edits (removing distracting elements in the background, temporary blemishes on the skin, etc). I don’t do extensive edits, such as head swapping and body modification. -
I recommend booking a photographer for your event at least three months ahead of time. Keep in mind that September - December is a busy time for photographers and schedules fill up quickly.
-
My standard gear includes my full frame 6D canon cameras, backup batteries, and speed light.
I often rent a full frame camera with a dual card slot, as well as additional lenses for larger celebrations. -
I guarantee a minimum of 50 photos per hour of coverage. However, I don’t put a cap on the number of photos you will get. I pull everything I can during the culling phase of editing so most of my clients receive larger galleries.
