Life passes by so quickly- especially during your little one’s first year! With professional photos, you can hold onto everything you want to remember during this time of your life. Whether we’re capturing your pregnancy, your tiny newborn, or all of their milestones, I’m happy to help!

How To Book A Session With Me

You have questions, I probably have answers! Let’s make sure we’re a good fit before we jump into all the details.

There are two ways you can submit an inquiry: 1) you can use the contact form on my website, or 2) you can use the inquiry button on my booking platform.

Just let me know where you’re located, what kind of session you’re interested in, any other relevant details, and any specific questions you have for me.

All inquiries will be responded to within 72 hours.

If you need more information prior to booking, I offer consultations by request. This is a completely optional step. It’s also free and requires no obligation for booking. I can conduct these consultations via phone or email- whichever you prefer!
Once you decide you’d like to book your session, we will need to pin down a time and date. After we solidify those details, I will send you a booking link through my booking platform.

You’ll get a confirmation of your session details, an online invoice, a client contract, and a questionnaire. The questionnaire helps me begin to prep your session details on my end.
After your deposit is paid you will get access to the Client Corner section of my website. This password protected space is full of resources to help clients plan their session details.

I’m always available if you have questions or want to brainstorm other details for your session!
Session Day is here! It’s going to be a fun day- we’ll ease into the experience. I’ll take a few test shots, and then we’ll jump in with some easy posing and guidance. Depending on the vibe, we’ll add more dynamic movement and interaction. You’ll probably have more fun than expected, and I will be itching to get all the photo magic back to my computer for editing fun.
You will get a sneak peak gallery 2-3 days after your session, and your final gallery 7-10 days after your session. All galleries are sent via email.

When I edit, I pull everything I can from the session. I set a minimum number of photos so you have some guarantee for what you pay for, but I don’t put a cap on the photos you’ll receive (unless you’ve booked the Sample Package).

The final gallery is my finished product- I will only ever send fully edited photos. From there you can download them, order prints, or print through a third-party print lab.

Newborn Collections and Investment

These lifestyle sessions are done in the home within 2-5 weeks of baby’s birth. I prioritize a stress-free environment to capture your growing family in your own space.

Cake Smash Collections

Your baby is well on their way to toddlerhood, and your parenting journey with them has concluded its first year. There is so much to celebrate, so let’s play, get messy, and capture the last of their infant year together!

Cake smash sessions come with basic props (blankets, pillows, a cake stand, etc.) I can also provide a custom mood board and a style guide with purchasing links upon request.

Cakes are not included, but I can recommend a delicious bakery!

If you want to document the milestones of your baby’s first year, this package is for you! We will schedule sessions when your little one is three months old, six months old, and nine months old.

First-Year Milestones Package:
- Three milestone sessions that are 30 minutes each. Each session gives you pre-session planning and educational resources, a minimum of 15 images, an online gallery, and a full print release.
Cake Smash Mini Collection:
- A 30-minute styled cake-smash session to ring in the first birthday. You’ll get pre-session planning and educational resources, a minimum of 15 images, an online gallery, and a full print release.

FAQs

When you book with me, we will use your due date as to hold your spot on the calendar, while maintaining flexibility in my schedule around that time.

After your baby is born, you can reach out so we can officially finalize your details.

It’s important to book your session ahead of time, using your due date as an estimate for your session date. This allows us to prepare for your session before baby comes.
Fresh 48 sessions take place within two days after baby is born. These are for those that want those super tiny newborn details.

Lifestyle newborn sessions can take place before baby is two weeks old, or after they’re a month old. Around the three week mark, babies will go through their first developmental milestone- which means more disrupted sleep patterns and possibly cluster feeding. This can lead to a harder to settle baby on your session day.

Anytime within the first two months is considered the newborn period, so if you need more time to recover and adjust to all the change, there is no rush.
I work in Middle Tennessee and North Alabama.

Newborn sessions are most often done in the birthing space or in the home.
Generally, I love working outside! Natural lighting is the most flattering, and being in an open environment lets us get creative.
Most of the time you can expect your photos back within five days of our shoot date. September-November is my busiest time of year. During this time, your photos may take up to two weeks to be delivered.
Some locations require a photography fee. If you select a location that requires an additional fee, I will let you know ahead of our session. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any additional fees required by the location.
I do not include the costs of physical prints in my photography pricing. These can be purchased at an additional cost. While printing with me ensures a high-quality product, I understand if you want to print through a lab of your own choosing. Ordering prints is not a requirement to book with me.
I can provide limited props on request (pillows, blankets, signs, etc), but the bulk of my style focuses on connection and authenticity. You are welcome to add any props that feel meaningful to you and your family.
When you book with me, you pay a nonrefundable deposit that holds your place on the calendar. If something comes up (you have to cancel or the weather looks questionable), I will hold your deposit and reschedule you for another date/time.
Yes! After you request an upgrade, I will deduct the cost of your newborn session from your first-year package and send you everything you need to get started.
